The Platinum Horizon PLUS stairlift delivers all the essential comfort and safety features you need, in a neat, slimline package. With a compact profile which sits close to the wall, the Horizon PLUS ergo seat comes in a variety of eye catching colours to which will compliment your home decor. It's versatility allows it to be installed on virtually any staircase ranging from 25° to 62°. It has a weight limit of 140kg / 22st and has been designed so that all of the controls are easy to access and simple to use.

Joystick control
The Horizon PLUS is fitted with an ergonomic joystick that is cleverly designed to fit between the users fingers for precise control. Using this method the user only needs to move the joystick across by applying pressure with their hand rather than relying on the dexterity of their fingers. It also helps prevent the users fingers slipping off the joystick which causes frustration.
Security lock
When not in use, the Horizon PLUS can be isolated by using a key switch provided underneath the arm. This will deactivate the stairlift and prevent third parties from using the stairlift without permission and also from coming to any harm if their mobility or care requires that they should only use the stairlift under supervision.
Swivel seat
The Platinum Horizon PLUS comes with either a standard manual swivel or a fully automatic powered swivel option. The manual swivel uses the convenient side mounted lever at the side of the seat whereas the powered version simply requires the user to keep the joystick held across. The seat will then stop turning once it has rotated fully round or the toggle is released.
Manual footrest with safety edge
The stairlift footrest is a major player in the users safety. If the users foot should slip off the footrest whilst in motion, as soon as it touches the side of the footrest it uses a safety circuit which will bring the stairlift to an immediate stop. The Horizon PLUS will then allow the user to move in the opposite direction so that the object can be removed safely.

The Horizon PLUS ergo seat is one of the most advanced stairlift chairs available on the market today. It comes with fully adjustable arms, seat pad and back to suit any user and comes with a wealth of built-in features. Upholstery is also available in a range of colours
Diagnostic display screen
The Platinum Horizon PLUS is equipped as standard with an easy to read real time diagnostic display. This LCD screen will display the current status of the stairlift and also give vital information regarding any faults that may occur. Unlike other makes and models that only show a number code, the PLUS offers a line of text explaining exactly what is wrong and how the lift is operating.
Wireless Remote Control
When not in use, the Platinum Horizon PLUS can be moved remotely using the two remote controls provided. This means the stairlift can be repositioned anywhere on the rail (thanks to the constant charging facility incorporated into the stairlift rail) and also called or sent by multiple users. The remote control can also turn a powered swivel seat automatically too at the top.
