Straight stairlifts to rent are one of our most popular stairlift services. Where there is a standard straight staircase we can fully install one of our modern straight rental stairlifts. These are on a no fixed length of term contract and are billed by the month as you use them. After the initial one off payment for installation (which also includes the removal when no longer required) it works out at less than £10 per week. This includes all servicing, repairs and maintenance that may be required whilst it is rented.
Here is a Leicester rental stairlift we did recently. Our customers biggest concern was that the rechargeable hoover wouldn’t go back in its usual place on the wall afterwards! As you can see, there was more than enough room! As they had a wider than normal staircase we were also able to leave the handrail on. There was still enough room for other to use the stairs with the stairlift in place.
The customers were over the moon with it as the wife had knee problems and found the stairs a real struggle. They looked at buying a new or reconditioned stairlift but as this was a long term investment they decided on this option. We informed them that we would replace the chair lift in the future if it ever became unrepairable. Also, there are no ongoing costs to rent a straight standard stairlift rental from us. It was nice to know that they were keen to recommend us to friends and neighbours. Hopefully we will be fitting more around Glen Parva in Leicester in the future.
