All Handicare Stairlifts Come With:
Easy to use
The operating toggle is easy to use, simply hold it towards the direction you wish to travel, up or down, and your Handicare Simplicity PLUS will move smoothly on its way. The Handicare Simplicity PLUS also comes with two remote controls meaning you can move it along the track freeing up space in your hallway.
At a glance
The Handicare Simplicity PLUS straight stairlift has a useful feature within the carriage cover. Not only is an active safety circuit but it also has a digital diagnostic display built in to it. This uses simple fault codes making it is easy to identify any faults that may occur.
Seat with options
The compact unit folds up leaving the staircase free for other users. Both arms fold up as well as the seat pad and footrest. Unlike the basic model the PLUS is available with a powered swivel seat and footrest. The slimline design of the Simplicity PLUS means that it wont take up valuable space when not in use.
Safety as standard
Your Handicare Simplicity stairlift will come with a range of safety sensors that are designed to stop your stairlift if it meets any obstruction as you travel up the stairs.
Choose your most convenient seat
The seat for the Simplicity PLUS is available in two variations to suit individual needs:
Smart seat
The seat is supplied with wipe clean, flame retardant upholstery in a choice of six colours. You can even replace upholstery later should you wish to change your colour scheme.
Perch seat
The Perch seat proved the ideal option for users with limited hip and knee flexibility. A Perch seat means that the user is almost in a standing position when they are using the lift. There is a shortened seat and retractable seat belt which provide a stable support area for users to 'perch' on.
Constant charging
All Handicare Simplicity stairlifts use the Simplicity Series track which offers a continuous charge function. This means that the lift can be parked on any part of the track when it is not in use. This also means you do not need to worry about where you leave your lift on the track as the batteries will charge in any position.
Hinged rail or slide track
If you have a doorway close to the base of the stairs, you can choose from a manually operated hinged track or Handicare’s unique 'Slide Track' solution to ensure the doorway can be left clear of obstructions when your stairlift is not in use.
