Today we received a call for a stairlift repair in Exeter. As we had a stairlift service to do first in Exmouth this worked out nicely. It was on an old Acorn Superglide 120 straight stairlift which was showing an 'E' error code. This was the Acorn fault code for a brake issue. Today we were asked to carry out a Somerset stairlift service. The straight stairlift was originally fitted by another company but the customer was unhappy with their service.
