A common thing we see on a daily basis are sun damaged and faded plastic covers on stairlifts. When a stairlift is parked at the bottom of the stairs it is usually in front of a front door where the sun beams through. Unfortunately the plastic covers used aren't UV protected so this results in a yellowing and discoloration of the plastics over time. The Bison Bede Compact was one of the first stairlifts to use a compehensive set of diagnostic fault codes. Today we received a call from a lady in Bristol with a Brooks stairlift who was stuck upstairs. She needed a stairlift repair in Bristol from one of our experienced Bristol stairlift engineers.
